Jason is the first Black team president in the history of the NFL and currently is the youngest team president in the League. Jason not only spent time as an NFL player, but also as a prolific executive in the boardroom at McKinsey, and has used his wide set of skills on and off the field to propel him to his current role with the Washington Football Team.
