INNOVATION IN ACTION

STAFFING THE FRONT OFFICE FOR THE FANS

The Seattle Mariners announced a critical staffing move by naming Malcolm Rogel as the club's first-ever Vice President of Fan Experience. Rogel’s position will oversee all the data, information, and feedback from fans in order to optimize the fan experience at T-Mobile Park. The move demonstrates what we mean when we say staffing for the future, and for innovation. The Mariners will be focusing on the complete fan journey from start to finish and will be analyzing direct feedback from their fans. Fan intelligence and fan data are quintessential to winning off the field, which demands new skills, roles, and teams to strategize and execute on.
