Sports Innovation Lab Team Speaking At Venuesnow Conference

Starting today, two of our team are joining an all-star lineup of speakers at the VenuesNOW 2018 Conference in Beverly Hills.

CEO Angela Ruggiero is the focus of an Innovation Spotlight, with interviewer Taylor Bloom from SportTechie. The interview will cover some background on why and how Angela founded the Sports Innovation Lab, what she is seeing in the sports industry in general, and what she's paying attention to in the Smart Venue practice area. The session starts at 10:15 AM PT, on Wednesday, June 20th.

Today, our Senior Analyst Elinor Klavens is speaking on a panel titled "FUTURE WORLD: How Technology Is Revolutionizing Venue Operations and the Fan Experience." The session is moderated by Waco Hoover, Co-Founder and CEO of XLIVE, and it also features lab member Julie Johnson from Armored Things. The conversation will cover how innovation goes from concept to reality in venues, and Elinor will share some of what we are seeing and our analysis of the Smart Venue sector. The session starts today, June 19th, at 5PM.

VenuesNOW 2018 is produced by Oak View Group, and is presented by Ticketmaster and Live Nation Entertainment.
