HELP US SHAPE THE FUTURE OF SPORTS

Frequently in our work, we need to hear directly from the Fluid Fans, to better understand how business and marketing decisions are impacting sports. The following form is an application to participate in a virtual focus group on Soccer Fandom in the United States.

Your application does not guarantee participation. Applicants will be screened and chosen based on the research criteria of the project. If you are chosen for participation, you will receive an email from Sports Innovation Lab with an Informed Consent Form that must be signed and dated to participate. Once your informed consent form is returned and received by Sports Innovation Lab, we will contact you about scheduling your participation in the virtual focus group. Focus groups vary in size, but usually range from 10-15 participants per group.

All selected applicants who pass through the screening process, who return the Informed Consent Form, and who participate in the focus group will receive a digital gift card for $25 to one of three online retailers of your choosing (Amazon, Target, Walmart).

All information you provide in this application form will be kept confidential to Sports Innovation Lab staff. It will not be shared with any of our partners or clients. By submitting this form, you consent to permit Sports Innovation Lab to use this data to field research focus groups.
